RITUAL 20 RUN DOWN
IT'S TIME FOR THE DOKI DOKI FLOWER PIN EXCHANGE!!!
DOKI WANTS!!! TO SPREAD THE LOVE!! EVERY KIND OF LOVE!!! THIS IS HER REVENGE. Wehehehe
Remember those affection sparkles from the fireworks? That was just the test run!! The fireworks have returned, exploding in cute Valentine type shapes in the sky (hearts, cherubs, etc) and FAR more pink sparkles (glitter? dust? pollen? WHO KNOWS) will be falling from the sky now.
It still has the bonus effect of raising everyone’s AFFECTION (both wanting it and wanting to express it), but as Doki will explain, the most CLASSIC method of expressing love. . .is giving someone a flower!
Every character participating will be given flower pins, with the urge to SHARE THEM with as many people as possible. Getting a flower pin results in the following:
Daffodil - Desire to make someone LAUGH (tell a joke, tickle, do something silly for them)
Bluebell - Desire to CONFESS to someone (a truth, love, a compliment, etc)
Lily - Desire to PAMPER (you want to do the BEST THING FOR SOMEONE)
Thistle - Desire to ROUGHHOUSE (spar, play wrestle, tickle, whatevs)
Rose - Desire to BITE (affectionately or like a weird little chihuahua)
Clover - Desire to PLAY with someone (a game, dares, jumping on them, pranking, etc)
Peony - Desire to TALK (have a CONVERSATION, the worst!!)
Weeds (which will be a Dandelion) - Desire to TEASE (affectionately, call pet names, negging, ruffle hair, whatever)
Members of teams will also default start out with the said desires above but will gain others as they get different pins!
Once said desire is fulfilled, characters will be compelled to: Kiss, Hug, or Affectionately Punch the target of their affection.
OTHER NOTES
-Characters can receive more than one of each type of flower pin!
-If a character receives say, 3 Daffodil pins, you may interpret it as ‘they want to make three different people laugh’ or just ‘I NEED TO MAKE THIS ONE PERSON LAUGH SO MUCH’
-The firework sparkles will compel even the most anti social of characters to awkwardly go up to people and give out pins or dish out their affection effects
-If you don't want to play you can just be a target of affection and somehow not be huffing Doki and Bon's affection sparkles.
-The sparkles magically affect everyone even if you're inorganic
-'My character won't leave the barn' THE SPARKLES ARE IN THE HOUSE
-OH WAIT IMPORTANT ADDITION. Characters will get to dress in date/lovey dovey tropey wear, ranging from suits, to 50s poodle skirts and jackets, prom looks, etc.
