Hello! This is just a heads up that I'll be running a ritual from July 5th through July 7th! It'll go up on Friday morning and run through Sunday at 7 pm pst, so you'll have some time. The emphasis will be on establishing and interacting with new/different cr! Since it is a Faith game, there will be booze, even if you don't participate.

1) The goal is to foster NEW(-ish) CR. It is possible to play with your close CR in this game, but it will not score well. This is one game where cross-flock CR is encouraged. i.e. Hannya will not score well if he just threads with Clover and Nue or Warden. He will need to thread with people like Muffin (nascent friendship) or Angie (who even the fuck knows with Angie) to really compete. If you are Minuet the Stampede who is friends with everyone, then like. damn dude. ig just non-Bluebell/Lily threads are fine.

As mentioned, you CAN thread with your close CR and do these nonsense party games with them, it just won't count for turn-in because Faith said fuck your herd mentality.

2) There will be activities / tasks that you can do to facilitate getting to know people, such as 20 questions, twister, beer pong, memory roulette — and so on. Faith will be making her own fun variations on your favorite party games. If you have a game you'd like for me to riff on, drop it here and I will lovingly tweak it for you.

3) Winners will be determined by "meaningful" connections, fun facts, and Faith's choice. What does that mean? Don't worry about it. Weeds compete as their own flock.

We'll have a combination masquerade and birthday bash!

Rose and Daffodil are hosting a DRAMA PARTY joint rite on Friday, June 21 (one week from tomorrow!) This will also be an occasion to celebrate our sweet baby boy Muffin (don’t tell him, it’s a surprise!!)

As a reminder, a masquerade is a type of fancy ball where people dress up in costumes and pretend to be anonymous. The outfit is typically formalwear that has been taken in some kind of high-fashion direction, with a matching mask of some kind.

We’re announcing it early so people have a chance to pick out costumes if they so desire. We are working on coming up with ways for people to have temporary, party-only costumes that get magicked on at the door, Cinderella-style, in case you don’t want to go out of the way to HM something or your characters are not fashion-inclined.

Similar to how Tanabata was run last year, other flocks are encouraged to bring their own rites if there’s something they can think of that would be fun with the masquerade theme. For example, Bluebell mentioned possibly having some kind of “Seven Minutes in Heaven” coat closet to shove people into, and Lily could maybe do something with the anonymous angle so people could party while using the anonymutton account. Feel free to comment below or bring it up on discord if you have ideas or want some help workshopping something.

Please assume that, as of day 85/86, flyers advertising (and explaining) the masquerade (but NOT the birthday) have been distributed to the flocks and pinned to various random buildings and trees and so on.

Also, we may be putting together a music playlist so please comment below if you have any music you would like the pasture to listen to against their will. ty

I will be running a version of Never Have I Ever this weekend! it was originally gonna be a GM game, pls look forward to that for a coming month instead

Should be light fun and easy for the most part, does involve a little bit of memory share but it’s gonna be tiny snippets of a few seconds’ worth of memory, so people don’t need to do massive prep or try to prewrite stuff.

It is a mingle format, I will put it up around 5 PM PST Friday the 14th and let it run until noon PST Sunday the 16th so people can dip in and out as they like without being too timecrunched.

I’ll figure out scoring criteria by Friday!

Who lets me run games, I'm sorry.

Celi will be claiming a game, the weekend of June 28th-June 30th! It's a scenario game, similar to the family game I ran a while back.

Basically, every group will get to pre-select a set of stats that they will roll on to solve scenarios.. It does not have to be "attack, defense" etc, it can LITERALLY be whatever the group chooses. However, they can only roll on these stats to solve scenarios. At the beginning, players will then add bonus points to their stats.

Lets show an example:

Blossom's Stats:
- Screaming - 1 pt
- Being Sacrificed - 4 pts
- The ability to lose wool at any time - 2 pts
- The ability to be bullied - 3 pts

Blossom finds herself trapped by guards, how can she escape them?
Blossom rolls Being sacrificed and gets a 12, wow! Add the +4 bonus, and she ends up with a 16!! She is sacrificed/executed by the guards but then they accidentally triggered a ritual that summoned a demon eats them! And Blossom comes back alive with a new pet demon in tow! Wow! Good job Blossom!!

It'll be very stupid. And also very bring your own trauma! (And don't worry, I can make it a trauma-free-no-matter-what game for groups who specifically request it too, I'll do that for signups later.)

Speaking of, there will be time slots, I would like to not run 7 groups at once on one day if possible so hopefully we can all get times that work out!! It will be on that weekend specifically, whoo!

HELLO EVERYONE I'M RUNNING A RITUAL. It's going to be Bad!! To ensure max amount of people potentially get to play, I am saying it will start at 8PM EST SATURDAY JUNE 8TH, potentially running up til midnight. If a good chunk of ppl can't do this I will consider running an additional early morning slot at 8am EST that morning.

But before that, please mind the following:

-It will be a good ol' fashioned LOCKED ROOM GAME with your team/flock!
-THREE ROUNDS, an hour to hour and half of discussion each, not including mingle time and results.
-The main gimmick here is that there will be hostages! But you will not know who. Flocks will be linked to ANOTHER ANONYMOUS FLOCK, and their actions, or inaction, will determine their fate.
-At least one round will involve characters physically being made to harm someone from another flock.
-There WILL be harsh consequences for at least three losing teams.
-Please make sure your squicks/do not wants are updated for this prior to Thursday at the latest.
-Powers will be off...ish. You'll see. Wacky shit.
-Yes you can wander in and out/be late whatever but again make sure you are present for team decisions or at least communicate if you're chill with things being decided without you there.

That's the gist of it, and all this will be made known IC/explained in more detail at the time!

Sign Ups below aren't mandatory but highly recommended to give me an idea of who to expect/can customize some fucked up shit for yall. You may notice however, that COMMENTS ARE SCREENED. This is so OOCly people can go into the game without knowing for sure who is playing and who isn't :> Obviously let your flock know in your team chans, but if POSSIBLE try to keep it on the DL ooc (not always possible so it won't ruin anything if you say who you're playing tho)

HELLO!! On/around May 31 Thistle is running a special fight club! There will be all kinds of different kinds of fights with challenges if desired, including something for the non-fighters to do if they want as well!

ALL FLOCKS ARE INVITED TO ALSO HOLD A RITE you can assume you heard about it/were told about it/convenient reason. It doesn't have to be themed for fight club or even related to it, if your flock wants to do something entirely unrelated then go for it! The aim is just a FUN DAY OF FUN and also just something fun to finish off CR month.

HELLO HI THIS IS MORA on Saturday I will be running a game with two timeslots: 11 AM PST and 4 PM PST. Signups for these time slots are below. You don't have to sign up to play and coming late/leaving early is fine but I do need at least one person from a given team signed up so I know what teams will be showing up to each timeslot!

You can also play in both time slots if you want but characters will not remember their previous run until the game has ended.

Actual contents of the game: characters will be on a boat. the first round will be making some decisions to customize this boat. they will run into problems that they have to solve in each round while gathering treasures. Each team will have a cool ability that changes based on their decisions which they can use to get more treasures but maybe this has consequences for other teams? who can say. anyways bad things will happen to everyone like DROWNING and BODY HORROR and BLOOD EXPLOSION and BEING REALLY REALLY COLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE

each session should run about 5 and a half hours, but can end earlier if people turn in earlier. anyway that's all thank youuuuu

the title will make sense when the game goes live i promise.

Taking place on May 4th, 3pm EST, I'm going to be launching my first game! It comes in two phases, with weed participation as enablers.

In essence:

PART ONE will consist of the Flocks being in a locked room separate from other flocks, with at least one Weed as their "Editor". Their task is to come up with an urban legend or similar rumor, like Hanako-san, Bloody Mary, or other such things, and they can range from horror to romantic to just plain silly. Weeds are allowed to push a certain agenda if they so desire- though please cooperate oocly so as to not push anything players wouldn't find enjoyable- since the main goal is that it has to be interesting. Once a story is finished, it will be submitted!
PART TWO will consist of... the stories themselves! Flocks will not realize this, but the rumors they put up will be assigned to one other flock, who will then be compelled to reenact and activate the urban legend they create. Your task? To survive whatever the hell was just assigned to you. Good luck!
QUICK CLARIFICATION: stories/rumors will not be hyperspecific or drawn out short stories, but more akin to very simple urban legends. "if x is done, y happens".

This is not a trauma game by *nature*, but it can be very Build Your Own Trauma, and I know and believe in all of you. Questions, specific optouts and signups below!
